Never 'delete' shorts that have stopped getting views! (The 7-Day Rule)

200~500 views is 'algorithm test'

Shorts are first distributed to random viewers immediately after upload.

If the view count stops here, it is not a failure, but a stage where the algorithm is deliberating who to show the video to more.

Phenomenon: View counts spike briefly and then stop abruptly.

Truth: It is waiting for data to accumulate, and if you delete it at this stage, even the data accumulated so far will be lost.

Reason not to delete immediately: The possibility of a 'reverse trend'

Shorts very often explode a few days, or even a week, after uploading, rather than immediately.

Reignition: The 'reignition' phenomenon, where views suddenly spike to thousands or tens of thousands after remaining quiet for a few days once the target audience is found, is frequent.

Data Accumulation: The video must remain active for YouTube to continue analyzing it and gain the opportunity to be exposed to new people.

Just hold out for '7 days' before you are certain of failure

I don't delete videos for at least a week, even if the view count is low, and I'm watching.
